Paul Pierce on LeBron James

Paul Pierce who came in the league before LeBron had some words to say about LeBron. Before I get to what Paul Pierce said. I have a few statements and history between these two players. It started a while ago. LeBron was playing for the Cavaliers before they had Love or Kyrie. LeBron was always beaten by Paul Pierce and his Boston Celtics team. The Celtics were always like the "Big Brother" to the Cleveland Cavaliers when it was just LeBron running the team under horrible coaching. LeBron alway fell short against the Celtics in the playoffs. In the 2009-10 Season LeBron left the Cavaliers to South Beach after falling to Celtics in the playoffs. Even when LeBron went to join Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in South Beach the Celtics were still the "Big Brother." Paul Pierce was always a rivalry for LeBron. Paul Pierce never let LeBron win easily. LeBron never let Pierce win easily also. NBA fans should know that. This was the rivalry everyone wanted to watch. Pierce had built superstars like Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, and Rajon Rondo. When the Celtics played whatever team LeBron was on either the Heat or the Cavaliers it was like they hated each other. They played intense and each team wanted to win badly. But, you get the point that I am trying to make. Now, this is what Paul Pierce had to say about LeBron James, "I think a lot of it is really misunderstood. If I see LeBron walking down the street, it's not going to be no fistfight. I've got a lot of respect for him. It's like fighting for the same girl. How am I going to be cool with that guy? I've got total respect for him as a person. It's just the thing we go through on the court." These two have respect for each other and both are going to be Hall of Famers for sure. That is without a doubt. It is still kind of a rivalry when these two meet during the season or playoffs. They never doubt each other and know it is going to be a tough night guarding each other. So, if you never saw Paul Pierce and LeBron rivalry then you should watch when these two meet. If you do not think they are any where close to being on each others playing level then Youtube the history between them. You will see.

Kevin Love Bettering Himself

Kevin Love. The player who came from the Timberwolves traded to the Cavaliers lottery draft pick Andrew Wiggins. Most Cavalier fans liked the fact they traded someone young for Kevin's years in the NBA and basketball IQ. Kevin has not yet been to the NBA playoffs though. Which may run across your mind that it is basically the same type of player that Andrew Wiggins is, besides that Love is not a rookie. He is a three point shooting big man who can crash the boards and give you better numbers than Wiggins probably could. But, what makes Kevin Love a better player and a fit for the Cavaliers roster? Let me start by saying that he is a power forward, three point threat, and who will crash the boards for you every night. That is not the only thing though. He is also staying healthy by eating right. Kevin Love is recently dieting on low carbs diet something similar to LeBrons diet. Sports Illustrated went in Kevin Loves fridge and saw what he had to eat and asked what he eats before and after games. What Kevin Love has in his fridge is mainly protein and starts off his morning with a organic eggs or egg whites. Then after he eats grilled chicken to absorb protein and build muscle. Love also puts in mixed fruit two or three times a day with his meals. Love also loves his mothers cooking which everyone practically can not say no to a mothers cooking. His fridge also has plenty of bottled water or his favorite sports drinks which is BodyArmor. Which helps you refuel and get the right electrolytes and vitamins. Sports drinks are healthier than soda and other carbonated drinks, but it still does not beat water if you are trying to lose weight. Sports drinks have sugar in them and that will still keep you at the same weight or make you gain if you drink sports drinks constantly just because player like Love do. Kevin Love has a pre game meal which includes concoction of shredded wheat topped with almond butter, jam and applesauce with a cup of coffee. Coffee has caffeine and could slow down your running, believe me it really does considering that I am A basketball player myself. After game meals he eats Salmon filet or white fish, veggies and a protein shake to recover from games. These high protein meals with help with healthy muscle recovery. This is what Kevin Love is doing off the court to better himself. After last nights loss to the San Antonio Spurs Kevin Love said, "Both ends of the floor, I think I need to step up." We are watching Love grow into a player than he needs to be, better than the player that people saw in Minnesota.

LeBron Talking About The Cavaliers This Year

The Cavaliers are struggling yeah. Their current record is 5-5. Which keeps their percentage at .500. What are you expecting to see though? Win after win? This team has young talent, not what Miami had. They have young talent. Kyrie being the type of point guard who wants to score more than pass the ball. All young players are going to worry about their numbers instead of winning games. That is how the game evolved into. I am not trying to put down Kyrie, but we all know he can score, but can he pass? I am off my topic a bit though. LeBron was asked A question about the Cavaliers for the 2014-15 season and this is what he had to say, " This is more challenging than me trying to win my first championship... I've taken on the burden of leading young guy, getting them to understand what it takes to win. And it takes more than just basketball. It's about being a professional, not having a sense of entitlement, being grateful that you're a part of this league. Those things have a lot to do with winning." This is LeBrons way of expressing what he has to do as the leader of the team to change each individual mindset on the Cavaliers roster if they want to win. All players talk about now days is winning Championship and getting rings, but they never do what they say they are going to do. They worry about their numbers mainly. It is about how much points you make, and breaking records. LeBron may have high scoring games, but he does not plan it. He just goes out there and let's his game and flow of the game speak for itself. LeBron is a true leader and we all know that. Will his team commit to that, and believe LeBron? A person who has been to the finals more than a majority of the players on the Roster now. Mike Miller, James Jones, and Anderson Varejao have been to the playoffs. Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, Dion Waiters big names like that on the team have not been to the playoffs. It is time for the Cavaliers roster to grow up and listen to the Veterans on the team if they want to win Championships.

LeBrons Costly Turnover

Last night, on November 20, 2014, people all around the world maybe saw the two teams for  2014-15 NBA finals. The Cleveland Cavaliers and The San Antonio Spurs had a pretty close and intense game. Leads were changing each quarter, it seemed like no team could keep a lead. Yeah, each team may have had the lead by certain amount of points, but they caught up by the end of each quarter. You have to admit it was a close game all the way down to the wire. What cost the game for the Cavaliers though was LeBrons last second turnover. LeBron had the ball in his hands with at least 5 seconds on the clock and we all know he was not that good of a ball handler with fancy moves like Kyrie is. LeBron tried to dribble the ball behind his back and lost the ball. Tim Duncan was the defender during the time. LeBron and Duncan were on the floor diving for the ball once LeBron lost it. Duncan ended up getting it and passing it to his teammate Manu Ginobili. Manu used the clock and the Spurs ended up winning the game by 2. The final score was 92-90. It was a good game overall doesn't matter who won. The Cavaliers big 3 just need time to get their chemistry together. The next Spurs and Cavaliers that is going to be the number one game on my list to watch.

LeBron Named Eastern Conference Player of the Week

LeBron was named the Eastern Conference player of the week from November 10 through the 16th. This is not a reward like the MVP or Sixth Man, or Defensive Player of the Year. This is just a reward or just a showing from the league that LeBron has been performing great for the past week. This is not a new reward for LeBron, this is LeBrons 27th time earning the honor of being Player of the week. LeBron had some MVP stats this past week. His numbers were 35 points per game shooting .594 percent from the field. Perfect .500 percent from behind the arc. He grabbed 7.0 rebounds per game, and 7.7 assist per game and 1.0 blocks per game in 36.7 minutes per game. Those are really some MVP stats. This may be his statement that he is hungry and coming for the season Most Valuable Player award. LeBron almost had a triple double if the league did not cheat him out of it, and scored more than 30 each game. Not to mention he 41 point game versus Boston on November 14th. For the Western Conference player of the week, that went to Damian Lillard from the Portland Trail Blazers.

Rick Ross Has Money Against LeBron

LeBron went back home to Cleveland this summer which we all know is old news. Here is some new news. Rapper Rick Ross has a bet which involves money at the amount of $100,000 that LeBrons former team the Miami Heat will have a better win to lose ratio than the Cleveland Cavaliers. Rick Ross was seen at Miami Heat games for the past years when LeBron was on the team. Rick Ross must be a die hard Miami Heat fan, and did not like the fact LeBron left to return back home. This is criticism that most celebrities will make if they do not like the loyalty of a player. It is typical news. Rick Ross has money on the line that Miami will have a better win to lose ratio and time will only tell if anyone wants to challenge his bet. Right now the Cleveland Cavaliers ratio is 3-3 and the Miami Heat who have been doing tremendously well this season without LeBron that their win to lose ratio is 5-3, that makes them the second best team in the NBA as of right now. Time can only tell and if the two teams could stay healthy. The amount of games is 82 in the season, so anything can happen. The Cavaliers or the Miami Heat probably do not have to make the playoffs to have an affect to the bet Rick Ross has currently made. Honestly this is just fans being fans and trying to down talk a team or a player that has left their team. This has been in LeBrons career numerous of times. When he left Cleveland, he had so much criticism that was pretty harsh and rude, but did not affect how LeBron plays the game of basketball. It just shows you that the game of basketball is stupidly competitive. Not players, but people that are die hard fans for any team.

Kevin Love Wants to Opt Out During Free Agency

Cavaliers bad start was a tough time for the Cavaliers, but their current standing record in the NBA Eastern Conference is 3-3 which makes them 500 or fifty percent. This means they are fifty percent with winning and losing ratio. This ratio allows them to compete in the NBA Finals. The team with the best winning ratio will be the first seed in the playoffs and allows them to have home court advantage first. If teams are under the 500 ratio will not be a contender in the finals unless other teams have a worst ratios than a certain team. Besides all the ratio explaining, rumors have been flying around that when free agency comes for Kevin Love which is during the off season. Rumor has it that Kevin Love is strongly considering to test free agency when it comes time. For Cavalier fans we do not know what to think. It could be true or it could not be. It is too early in the beginning of the season to believe. Rumor reports that Kevin Love wants to opt out and the Los Angeles Lakers are considering to sign Love if he does test free agency. Opting out of a NBA contract is that players are allowed to test free agency. The team that the player was currently playing with only has the chance to pursue the players mind to resign with them. They do not have the right to take away the choice of the player to test free agency. The contract that the player sign before signing to a team says they have the right to opt out and test free agency when it comes time. Players could ask for trades and they have the right to ask the teams manager to trade them and the player could consider which teams and work out a trade for player(s) to work out a deal to benefit each team. If this rumor is true this is making Love look bad for the Cavalier organization. Other teams will try and consider and pursue which player they are targeting to sign with their organization. If Kevin Love opts out and considers signing with the Lakers that means that it was not their bad start to the season though. It has to be player issues or he does not like his role on the Cavaliers. It could also be money. The Los Angeles Lakers have a worse ratio than the Cavaliers. The Lakers current record for the 2014-15 season is 1-6. Which will make it hard for the Lakers to be a contender for the playoffs. Why sign to a team that is struggling worse than the team that you are currently signed with? We do not know if this rumor is true. Kevin Love has not faced media yet to answer if the rumor is true or not. I will have a report on this rumor if it is true or not when Love faces media.

Kyrie and Loves New Handshake

LeBrons stripped triple doubt was not the only thing media has been talking in the social media atmosphere. Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving had a misunderstood handshake with forward Kevin Love. Social media was releasing videos and reports that Kyrie and Love were celebrating their win against the Pelicans with a handshake that involved smoking a joint or something cannabis related. No reporter asked any Cavalier players if Love and Irving handshake involved pretending smoke anything. Media will turn tables against you sometimes. Kyrie was asked about that handshake today November 12, 2014 in a report. Kyrie said the handshake did not involve smoking anything. It was mistakenly incorrect, it was just a wrong camera angle of Kyrie and Love sharpening their mustache. Make it clear once again. It was not a handshake that involving smoking anything. It was mistake for a simple mustache sharpening. NBA players are known for doing crazy handshakes. You can look up on youtube NBA handshakes and I am quite sure you will see some phenomenal handshakes. These handshakes are what kids and teenagers see and try to copy their favorite team and players pre game ritual handshakes. Some handshakes like Kyrie and Loves can be mistaken easily.

LeBron on Dion Waiters

LeBron is the leader of the Cleveland Cavaliers, and we all know that. He does not only know his role on the team, he knows all the other players roles on the team. What I mean by that is what players need to contribute to the team to make this team successful and win games. Well, recently Dion Waiters has been taking out of the lineup for the Cavaliers. Shawn Marion is now in the starting lineup. So where does that leave Dion Waiters at? Well, here is LeBrons opinion on Dion Waiters and what his new role is. According to Cavaliers Report LeBron said this about Dion Waiters, "For the best of the team, that should be Dion's role. Dion comes off the bench and brings us that scoring mentality but more than that, he brings us another defender off the bench, which we need. Someone that's tough, someone that can guard one through three. It's a new role, but it's a good role for him." That is LeBrons statement on Dion Waiter's new role for the Cavaliers. That is honestly a great role for him. Not all great stars are starters. Most people think to be a star, means you should be in the starting line up. A majority of great NBA players come off the bench. The NBA kind of recognizes that by giving an award to a player called "The Sixth Man" award. It is a player that comes off the bench and plays spectacularly that, that player deserves to be recognized for his talent coming off the bench. Maybe if Dion Waiter does great like he usually does, he will give up a run for the Sixth Man award that Jamal Crawford was awarded last year. Lets see if Dion can expect this new role and still be effective and make a run for that Sixth Man award this year.

LeBron Robbed From Triple Double

On Monday, November 9, 2014, LeBron was stripped or robbed from a triple double. The Cavaliers were playing against the New Orleans Pelicans, when LeBron was accounted for a triple double. The NBA routinely review videotape to maintain the principal morals of statistics. The league took away one rebound and one assist in third quarter. The one rebound should of went to LeBrons teammate Mike Miller and that one assist to another teammate Tristan Thompson. That would leave LeBron one assist shy of LeBrons 38th triple double. LeBrons original stats were 32 points, eleven rebounds, and nine assists. I do not know if you viewers know what a triple double is, but i will tell you anyways. A triple double is when a play records in his performance stats that he 10 points or more, 10 rebounds or more, and 10 assists or more. That people is called a triple double. Not many players record a triple double in the league and LeBron James was stripped of his triple double Tuesday, November 10, 2014. People were calling LeBron the "Triple Double Machine" on social media. Sorry LeBron fans, I know I am also angered with the league stripping LeBrons triple double ESPN or SportCenter told us that he recorded against the Pelicans Monday night. All is fair though. LeBron did not record the triple double so he did not earn his "38th" triple double of his career.

Who's Taking The Shots?

Who is making the shots in Cleveland? Kyrie? No, David Blatt is. Yes, the Cavaliers head coach is making shots even though he is not even playing. According to the Akron Journal: Head Coach David Blatt wants James and Love to take the majority of the shots in games. What do you the fans think of that? You see memes of LeBron not being clutch at all because he has lost games in the season and games in the play offs. They always say he passes the ball during clutch moments. Is that true? I honestly do not know what to think of that? I think LeBron is just an all around player. He does not want to just take shots, he wants to share the ball. What is wrong with passing up shots? Never mind that though. Coach Blatt wants LeBron and Kevin to take a majority of the shots during games. Do you think Kyrie and Dion can live with that if they want to win games? Or do you think numbers are more important than winning for these two young stars? Shots are being made on the coaches side, but can shots be made on the court? Let's see if things can work out and no problems will occur for them with Coach Blatt making these decisions. This may just work or it just may cause more problems.

This Is Where Leadership Comes.

With the Cavaliers struggling who do we all look to blame? Kyrie? Love? No, most of the people decide to blame LeBron James. He is the player with the play off experience and has two championships. Those championships may have not been in Cleveland, but he is still a champion and Finals MVP! LeBron is the leader no matter where he goes. LeBron needs to be the leader where ever he decides to play. Cleveland needs to recognize that. LeBron released in statement saying this, "I'm just trying to do other things. I'm trying to instill what it takes to win. My mission is not one-game thing. We have to do multiple things in order to win. We have to share the ball. We've got to play defense We've got to sacrifice in order to ultimately win. Obviously, when you're going through the process, it's not the best part of it. But I'm looking at the end of the tunnel." I think that is real leadership. He is the only player that shows leadership and talking to the players. I do not think Kevin or Kyrie would do that if LeBron did not have the leadership that he has now. Is this bad start in LeBrons hands? Is it just his fault? The coaching staff? No, it is a team effort. You can not blame the coach just because it is his first year of coaching in the NBA. They joined as a team to win, they lose as a team and go through the struggle as a team. Give LeBron the respect and leadership Cleveland. He is trying. LeBron is like a Lion trying to tame or teach his young cubs right from wrong. How to be a "King" in this world. Let's go Cleveland, lets improve every game for now on. The rosters joined to win, so time for them to do their parts and get those wins. CAVS NATION!

My Cleveland Predictions

My predictions for the Cavaliers this year might just piss some of you Cleveland fans off. Or make you think that I am not a real LeBron fan. I really am a LeBron fan, but this is probably straight up facts if you actually take the time to think about it. LeBron had his struggles in Miami right? That is correct. Now, LeBron is having his struggles in Cleveland and why is that? Is it that the team is too young for LeBron? Which is my opinion? Is it because of Kyrie Irving being the point guard? Or is it the coaching for Cleveland? Nobody has a real answer for that question. We can assume what the problem is, but we do not know the real answer. My prediction for Cleveland when they do not reach the playoffs is that Kevin Love will leave the Cavaliers. Yeah, it is his first year with Cleveland, but he wants to win. You think Kevin Love will stick with a team that is not winning? He did not even stick with The Timberwolves. As of right now The Timberwolves would of been a better chance. Do not mind me with my predictions. I am just an angry Cleveland fan right now, and just thinking of the worst that can happen and is happening right now. LeBron needs to find a quick way to get the Cavaliers back in shape before someone does end up trading or the team is going to make trades. People are thinking that the Cavaliers need to trade Dion Waiters. It is just a young team that need to get their chemistry together. I guess things could be worse, but I am a LeBron fan and will be until he retires.

Can This Big 3 Last?

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Cavaliers terrible start to the season. But, thats not my point right here. I got a little argument that I would like to discuss with you. Can this Cleveland Big 3 last? Yeah, this is their first year together, it is to early to tell. Well, I can give an argument about that. Miami's Big 3 of LeBron, Dwyane, and Bosh was all in the same draft class. They knew how to play against each other or with each other. It is common sports knowledge. You do not see LeBron playing like Kobe's 96 draft class. Or Paul Geroge's draft class playing Like LeBrons. Each draft class that has been drafted has their own unique chemistry already. Miami's Big 3 lasted 4 years. Their first year making it to the NBA Finals. Can you say this Big 3 in Cleveland can do that? It is a lot of young talent compared to LeBron, Mike Miller, and James Jones. The Cavaliers rarely play Miller or Jones which is stupid as f*ck for them to do. These two guys played with LeBron longer than Love and Kyrie have. I just do not think this Big 3 will EVER have the SAME chemistry that Miami did. For everyone that was excited to see this Big 3, sorry, this is just facts. Cleveland should of just kept their lottery pick so they have something to use as an excuse for a bad start. My point, Cleveland is too young for LeBron.

Cavaliers Season Start

It is season time, and I am wondering if any Cavalier fans are pissed like I am? This is a horrible start to the season. I see on Facebook, meme's about the Cavaliers new Big 3. All the loyal Cleveland fans that are probably from Cleveland are really defending them. I said it before that I am just a LeBron fan, but I am talking bad about them. This team has no chemistry what so ever. No wonder Ray Allen does not want to come to Cleveland. Cavaliers are playing sh*tty. I heard tempers already flared between LeBron and Kyrie. This Big 3 is going to be a lot harder than Miami's that for sure. Who is to blame for the Cavaliers terrible start? Is it LeBron? Kyrie? Love? or Coach? Most of you are thinking LeBron is the main reason they are doing terrible. You could possible be right, or you can just be the biggest LeBron hater and just always down talk the guy. LeBron is doing what he possible can for this team. He has the talent we all know that. Talent does not always work when team work and chemistry is f*cked. This is going to be A LONG season Cavalier fans. Honestly if this keeps going on, I might have to hop over to Golden State.
