This Is Where Leadership Comes.

With the Cavaliers struggling who do we all look to blame? Kyrie? Love? No, most of the people decide to blame LeBron James. He is the player with the play off experience and has two championships. Those championships may have not been in Cleveland, but he is still a champion and Finals MVP! LeBron is the leader no matter where he goes. LeBron needs to be the leader where ever he decides to play. Cleveland needs to recognize that. LeBron released in statement saying this, "I'm just trying to do other things. I'm trying to instill what it takes to win. My mission is not one-game thing. We have to do multiple things in order to win. We have to share the ball. We've got to play defense We've got to sacrifice in order to ultimately win. Obviously, when you're going through the process, it's not the best part of it. But I'm looking at the end of the tunnel." I think that is real leadership. He is the only player that shows leadership and talking to the players. I do not think Kevin or Kyrie would do that if LeBron did not have the leadership that he has now. Is this bad start in LeBrons hands? Is it just his fault? The coaching staff? No, it is a team effort. You can not blame the coach just because it is his first year of coaching in the NBA. They joined as a team to win, they lose as a team and go through the struggle as a team. Give LeBron the respect and leadership Cleveland. He is trying. LeBron is like a Lion trying to tame or teach his young cubs right from wrong. How to be a "King" in this world. Let's go Cleveland, lets improve every game for now on. The rosters joined to win, so time for them to do their parts and get those wins. CAVS NATION!
